I practice several different kinds of evidence-based treatment modalities such as dialectical behavior therapy, time-limited dynamic therapy, and systems therapy. My specialty is in mindfuless-based cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) for mood and anxiety disorders, such as depression, bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, compulsive hoarding and other obsessive-compulsive related disorders, phobias, social anxiety, and generalized anxiety.

Using the CBT model, I will provide you with concrete tools to:

  • Develop awareness of your unhealthy patterns of thought and behavior.
  • Manage your anxiety.
  • Decrease depressive symptoms.
  • Increase concentration and organization.
  • Improve relationships.
  • Be more productive.

My Background

In addition to private practice, I supersive doctoral students in clinical psychology from Alliant International University. I received my graduate training from the PGSP-Stanford Psy.D. Consortium and Completed pre-doctoral and post-doctoral training programs at Pacific University and Kaiser Permanente, respectively.
Others places that I have received training include UCSF AIDS Health Project , Palo Alto VA Healthcare System , Santa Clara Valley Country mental Health, and Stanford University’s Child and Adolescent Anxiety Clinic.

About Me

Apart from my work as a therapist, I enjoy exploring my neighborhood, hiking, camping, creative endeavors, attending live shows, and spending time with friends.
